Intuitive ReadingsPsychic is a term used to describe someone who is sensitive to the vibrational ranges in the spiritual dimensions... those vibrational ranges above the physical world and our five physical senses. They deal in the realm of Extrasensory Perception, ESP, or the "sixth" sense.
When I use the term psychic or intuitive in a personal sense, I am defining it as having the abilities of clairvoyance (clear sight), clairaudience (clear hearing), and clairsentience (clear feeling/sensing).
My work revolves around giving intuitive readings for therapeutic purposes rather than entertainment. I believe that when we obtain additional information that give us the larger picture, we have more clarity and thus can make better life choices. I often receive information re health conditions, relationships, career, and past lives.
It is important, when choosing a intuitive to realize that psychic abilities do not, necessarily, equate to a high level of spirituality or that they have counselling abilities. Lack of spiritual or counselling awareness is okay if you are choosing a psychic for an entertaining reading, but not for intensive, therapeutic readings.
If choosing a non-entertaining intuitive reading, go to a psychic who has been personally recommended to you by someone you trust. If you have not been able to get a referral, ask questions.
- What experience does the intuitive have with counselling?
- What are their spiritual beliefs about what they do?
- Do they claim to predict your future? If they say "yes", keep looking!
- Are they doing the reading for entertainment only?
A good intuitive should help you gain clarity of consciousness so that you can make your appropriate choices rather than telling you what you should do or predicting for you what will happen. Do not give away your power, choice, and future to a psychic. It is so important to remember that every choice that you make, no matter how small, has the power to change your future, so, in truth, no one can predict a certain future for you. You create your future, choice by choice. Work with your psychic to get clarity and make your future what you want it to be.
Should you choose to have a psychic reading that does predict your future, have fun with it but put it into the "entertainment only" category.
